Every complaint is reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days.

Review Process

When we receive a complaint, we acknowledge it, and the reported content may be disabled while it is under review. A moderator checks the content against our Terms of Service and applicable law, and the decision is communicated to the person who filed the complaint.

Appeals

Any person depicted in content on xxxcentives.com may appeal to have that content removed. Content is removed if the depicted person did not give consent, or if consent is void under applicable law. Appeal decisions are communicated to the person who filed the appeal.

If there is disagreement about the outcome of an appeal, the matter is referred to a neutral arbitration body, at our expense.

Possible outcomes of a complaint or appeal: no violation found; content removed; account suspended or terminated; or the matter reported to law enforcement, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) for suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
